    My experience was fenomenal, Dan Schomer make my day. He was the one person the give the order to help me when my case was a little difficult. I appreciate the help from Jorge and the team. They help me from the time I step in until I was ready to drive away my car from the dealer. Best place ever. Not to many dealers are like SUNRISE CHEVROLET. They treat you like family.     I needed to have a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport evaluated even though Sunrise wasn’t selling it. I received great advice from Michel Solare to use the service department. The eval was very informative and done in a timely manner.

    I brought my Silverado into the dealer because I wanted the Chevrolet subject matter experts to work on my truck. I asked for an oil change and for them to check my tires since I was notified on the last visit that my tires would probably need to be changed next time I came in. I asked the service writer about the 50,000 mile Service since I was at a little over 49,000 miles. She advised me that I had 3 options on the service package and I picked the best one. An hour later my truck was ready and I asked about the tires and I was told they are fine with about 5/32 left or 50%. I found this odd since they told me on the last oil change I needed tires soon. As I pulled out of the shop I noticed that my tire monitor showed tire pressures mixed between 32 and 37 lbs. Then as I looked over on the passenger side floor I noticed napkins and things that were in my glovebox on the floor. I pulled over and opened my glovebox and it looked like a mess in there. I keep my car near and this looked like someone rifled thru my glovebox and spilled some of the contents on the floor. I turned around and went back to the dealership and told the girl who met me at the service drive what I was noticing. She offered to put air in my tires and proceeded to do so. While I appreciated her effort I was unhappy that the technicians that are trained to do that with an oil change and especially if a customer asked for a tire inspection. Overall I don’t feel like my truck was handled professionally at all. They also had asked if I wanted my truck washed when I first dropped it off and I had said yes. When I brought it back it hadn’t been washed. When I inquired about that I was told that they couldn’t wash it because I had a trailer hitch installed. All they had to do was ask me to remove it and I would have but they didn’t give me the opportunity. They then ran the truck thru the wash after I removed the hitch. As I pulled away I noticed my radio antenna was bent looking. I pulled over and my antenna was bent over and stuck inside the passenger door frame. Overall I don’t feel that I got a Chevy Deakership quality job this time and I paid over $300 for it. I’m wondering how much of the service which was basically some additives and checkup the technician really did. There was $184 in labor charged for an hours worth of work. I don’t think I’ll be returning for my services anymore.

    I live much closer to another Chevrolet Dealer and had first gone to their location to answer quite a few of my questions regarding the Equinox EV RS. They did not have any EV's but told me a test drive of the gas powered Equinox was similar. I have not heard back from that dealer since that day. Two days later, I decided I had to go to a different dealership to view the EV's and answer my questions. I had done lots of research online but still needed to confirm many things. Jorge Rodriquez. did an awesome job with answering my questions and pointing out many other aspects. Our test drive was impressive. We stopped many times to try something different/new to get the full experience. It was at that point I knew I was buying from Sunrise Chevrolet and it was worth the additional 7 mile drive. The next steps with the other members of the Sunrise team was just as great! Well Done Sunrise Chevrolet!!!
