I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Sunrise Chevrolet. From the moment I pulled in, I was treated with genuine professionalism, transparency, and care. The advisors always take the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and never once make me feel rushed or pressured. The technicians are clearly top‑notch. I have 2 vehicles that I bring here for regular service and they always come back feeling right off the showroom floor. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel like they truly value your time and your business, but Sunrise Chevrolet nails it. Friendly staff, honest communication, fair pricing, and exceptional workmanship. This is exactly how a service department should operate. I won’t take my Silverado or Equinox anywhere else. Highly recommend!
