The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt welcomed, I was heard, and I left with the perfect car for me within my budget.

I scheduled a routine oil change for my 6 month old vehicle - 1st time I brought it in for any service here. My car was ready to go (and washed too!) in roughly 1 hour. I was pleased with the prompt service. I received a print out that described all the checks and results that were performed (no verbal recap). The waiting room is comfortable and there's a separate kids playroom. There is a television in the waiting room and nearby vending machines. There does not appear to be any complimentary coffee and water available, which is a nice feature that I've found at other dealer waiting rooms.

Everything was clear cut got a good price back for my vehicle got out of there probably in an hour

My service advisor got the bad parts approved by GM for replacement and completed the repair without question.

Elías was a great help in assisting us with laying out our options and providing us with information. We happened to go on a busy day which elias jumped in to help his team he made sure to gather all the information to be as knowledgeable as possible with what we were looking for. Excellent customer service!
