Julia is great. She handled all my concerns with buying tires and having them installed. Also, Alex drove me home after dropping off my corvette and picked me up. He was very courteous. Two issues popped up, though. Major; one of the new tires was over 2 1/2 years old which is unacceptable. Minor; one of the tire valve cap was left off. With both, Julia and I are working to resolve issues.
