2016 Dealer Rater Award Sunrise ChevroletDealerRater established the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award in 2015 to recognize select auto dealers in the United States and Canada for their outstanding customer service based on consumers’ reviews on DealerRater.com. In order to qualify, dealerships must have at least 25 reviews on DealerRater for the 2015 calendar year, have an average minimum star rating of 4.0, and have at least one review per quarter in 2015. After that, the award is given to the top 10% of franchise dealers.
