Let Your Country Fan Out in This Luke Bryan Suburban

By Justin Cupler | November 21st, 2017

If you’re a fan of country music star Luke Bryan, then the latest concept of the 2018 Chevrolet Suburban is just for you. It combines the superstar’s “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” outlook with all the power and functionality of a classic Suburban so you could drive a truly unique SUV.  Check out the details of this concept car that was debuted at the SEMA Show and then take a look at our current inventory of new Chevrolet vehicles so you can discover an in-stock crossover or SUV that fits your driving style.

The country music artist teamed up with the engineers to design this vehicle to reflect the aspects of his music and life that he saw in Chevy. “Chevy has been part of our family and a part of our work life on the farm for as long as I can remember,” says Bryan. “If you were a Bryan, you drove a Chevy — and I’m a longtime Suburban owner. This partnership is a natural fit for me and this unique Suburban represents everything I and my family want for our outdoor adventures.”

The product of such a team effort has created an outstanding SUV with much of the capability of a truck that’s perfect for outdoor activities. It has a lifted suspension and rides on modified 22-inch Chevrolet Accessories wheels mounted on 35-inch road-tires so you can tackle the back trails with ease. And when you’ve found the perfect spot you can grab your poles from the roof-mounted equipment carrier with a built-in fishing rod holder. You’ll love the Hunter Bronze exterior topcoat with Dark Carbon accents and camouflage graphics.

Under the hood, this vehicle is much like the rest of the Suburban lineup. It boasts a direct-injected 5.3-liter V8 engine that cranks out 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque as well as a pairing with the smooth six-speed automatic transmission. The Suburban also offers some additional off-roading options for better grip and control; the locking rear differential provides sure-footed traction in the outdoors and you can even choose an 8,000-pound trailering rating thanks to 4WD with NHT Max Trailering Package.
