I must say Sunrise has gone through quite a transformation from early 2000 when I first visited. The place looks great and it's also people friendly. From the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by a salesperson and directed to the parts department. At the parts department counter I once again was greeted promptly and the service was almost immediate. I purchased a key fob and a key which to my surprise were readily available from your inventory. Next I walked over to the service desk where I met with Michael Lewis, again very courteous and helpful.
Overall, a great experience and extremely satisfied with the facilities and service. Way to step it up!

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car in for an oil change. My service consultant was Dave Straus. This is my second experience with him and I am once again a true raving fan of Sunrise Chevrolet. From start to finish Dave was advocating for me and my car. He made sure my oil change was handled in a timely fashion. And he addressed all my concerns due to heat and age. He even had my car washed. I get a lot of grief from family and friends that I still bring my car to the Sunrise Dealership. One - because my car is so old. And two - because for awhile the service was not great (that is an understatement). However, now I get to tell all my friends about how great it is again. And how wonderful Dave is. I get to refer Sunrise and Dave and that is a wonderful thing. On top of all this - I get to feel at my core that me and my granddaughter are safe; even in 103 degree weather.
It was a no hassle great experience!
I wasn't expecting to be able to afford a car, much less financing and therefore was delighted when not only did I get great service, considerate and respectful assistance with financing, but a great car that I love to drive. This was the best experience I have had with car dealers. They have made me a customer for life!

Yesterday I ran into a bit of trouble with my 2008 Avalanche, it was stuck in some odd position of 4WD while I was at a nearby store. The truck would barely move and I was concerned about damaging the transmission. I phoned your service dept for assistance and was extremely pleased with the results. Let me explain because valuable employees should be recognized:
My first contact was Bridget who after hearing about my problem initially tried relaying instructions of what to do. She recognized it would be better if I talked directly to one of your mechanics. She didn’t have to do that – but she did and it made a giant difference in my perception of your dealership as I expected to be told to get a tow truck. She connected me with a mechanic – Mark – who patiently and knowledgably guided me through some steps to disengage the 4WD (it worked!!) . He also mentioned that it was likely I had some down-level computer code for that mechanism and if I brought in my truck he could quickly tell me and get it updated. NICE! I felt he actually cared about my problem.
I brought the Avalanche right over and Mark came over to make sure I got checked in ok and to make sure the adviser knew he had a few minutes to spend on the task. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and that really impressed me!! Finally, in the waiting room Mark met with me and confirmed that the computer code was indeed down-level and he applied the new code to my truck. He reviewed the diagnostic report with me, it was kind of like a doctor / patient thing which I never experienced at a dealership before.
By the actions of Bridgett and Mark, you have a new customer. Any service I need done will be at Sunrise and when the time comes to look for a new vehicle I will give Sunrise first shot. As a Mgr at my company I can tell your these are the type of people I would want to work with and have working for me. They get it.

I would like to thank the staff at Sunrise Chevrolet for being very helpful and understanding about my needs. When I waslked into Sunrise I knew what I was looking for but, I didn't know if I wanted to buy that day until I walked into the staff that was very friendly and willing to go the distance for your business. I didn't get swapped by a group of sales guys looking for a sale. Javier Guzman was my salesman and when I explained to Javier what I was looking for, he showed me what I wanted. Whwn I explanied to Javier that I was looking at different dealers in the area, he explained why I should be buying from him. After leaving Sunrise, I went to another dealership but, I didn't receive the same experience, like Sunrise. My boyfriedn and I went back to see Javier and he gave us a great deal I couldn't refuse. I would like to say thank you to Javier and his great customer service.
The Groupon was wonderful and really connected me with a great service rep. Eric Dostal was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to his customers. I really appreciate all of his work and would not hesitate to come to Sunrise Chevy for anything after working with him.
The oil pump failed in my LS3 and I was shocked when I saw the car after they pulled the engine. But in the end, the mechanic, John Domaszewicz and the Service advisor, Eric Dostal both did an excellant job. The car is as good as new, in fact I like the adjustment of the clutch better now than the factory setting. And Eric understood how much my Camaro means to me and kept me informed all the way. I was a bit dissapointed that the oil pump failed, but could not ask for a better experience in having the issued resolved. Sunrise is a great dealership and I have purchased three new cars from them, of recent my 2010 Camaro and a 2011 Equinox. The true test of a dealership is not just the sale, although I can't say enough about the salesman that we bought both cars from, Richie Drzewicki, but how the vehicle is serviced when you have a problem. And Eric and John really came through and showed the value of a General Motors product. Thanks for a wonderful car, I love my Camaro....

The entire team at Sunrise Chevrolet was great. They kept the store open late two nights in a roe just for us. Jose answered all of our questions and helped us find the car we wanted without pressuring us to make a purchase. Richie D went through the trouble of ordering a different color Equinox for us to look at from a dealership in Indiana. After all that, we went with the silver Equinox, which was already on the lot. Rick Mackintosh did a great job getting us a low interest rate on our finance and made the whole process very quick and easy. This is the second car I have purchased and compared to my firs experience at another dealer, Sunrise blew them out of the water.
Mick did a fantastic job. His best skill is listening to what we were saying (and sometimes not saying). He gave us the time we needed to discuss things through since we were deciding between 2 different vehicles. He made the purchase a pleasure.

I purchased a 2008 Malibu from Sunrise and decided to go back because I liked the way I was treated during the purchase process and the meeting of the Service Staff. I had a catalytic convertoer go out and took it to a closer dealer and got nothing but the run around. I then went back to Sunrise and they were wonderful! Ten minutes and I was on the road with a loaner and it was fixed the next day. I can purchase a car anywhere but you cant get service like that just anywhere but you can at Sunrise Chevrolet!

I have been remiss in making contact with you, but I wanted to drop you a brief line to personally inform and to thank-you for the outstanding service offered to me and my company during the last several months!
I took over a previous employee's company car (Chevy Equinox) and brought it over for a couple of minor issues. At that time, I had the distinct pleasure in meeting your Service Manager, Mr. Dave Straus. He literally stopped what he was doing, and conducted the minor repairs to my mirror and ordered the parts for the luggage rack without any hesitation. I asked him about detailing the car, as it was pretty filthy. He agreed to clean the car up, and also offered to look the car over to ensure everything was in a safe, operable condition.
I brought the car back the next day, and Dave had his staff look the car over. He discovered that the tires were close to being shot, the front end needed to be aligned and it was in need of general service. I explained that we lease our company cars typically through Enterprise, and assured me that he would take care of all the required red tape. I have to tell you, I was skeptical and doubtful, as I have dealt with many dealers and service departments over the years, and it has always predicated a nightmare. In this case, though, Dave told me what his plan was, and he completed everything as promised.
To say that I was impressed, would be to say the least!!! From this experience, I have issued a mandate to my office that any vehicle maintenance will be conducted by your dealership and by Dave Straus!
We have since had a few of our service vans and trucks, along with other cars serviced at your dealership. The story remains the same...Dave Straus "says what he is going to do...and then does it!".
